Lizanne was born and raised in Oxnard, graduated from Channel Islands High School, raised her family here, and built her career here.

At Procter & Gamble, she started on the production line and worked her way into leadership, managing teams, budgets, safety, quality, payroll, and process improvement.

Now, Lizanne is running for City Council to bring hard work, responsible spending, and fair treatment for every neighborhood to City Hall.
